• All outputs (signals, strategies, analytics) are informational and non-advisory
• No content should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy/sell securities

You agree to:

• Use the platform at your own risk

• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure compliance with your broker's policies

• Certain features may require subscription or usage fees
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

All content, including algorithms, UI/UX, branding, and strategy logic, are the exclusive property of BlackBox Algo.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile systems
• Resell or distribute any feature

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• Terms are violated
• Suspicious activity is detected

• Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy
• We do not sell sensitive personal data
• You are responsible for securing your login credentials

• BlackBox Algo is a technology provider only
• It is not registered as a broker or portfolio manager
• Any association with SEBI-registered entities will be explicitly disclosed

We may update these Terms from time to time.

• Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms
• Users are encouraged to review periodically

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
